- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

- **Field Operations**:

- Visiting client sites to assess their needs and ensure efficient manpower deployment.
- Supervising field staff and providing guidance and support.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Collecting and analyzing data related to manpower availability, utilization, and performance.
- Preparing reports and presentations on manpower issues.
- **Other Duties**:

- Taking meeting notes, maintaining records, and tracking tasks.
- Participating in training programs and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of manpower management principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting surveys and collecting data.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
