**Job Summary**
- Sales & marketing of Agriculture Tools.
- Customer visit, understanding of requirement, project estimation, formulating techno-commercial proposal
- Networking with Influencers (Dealers, Sub dealers, Consumers, Farmers, Project Consultants)
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Gathering Project information from various resources.
- Convert project information in enquiry.
- Prepare estimated offer sheet.
- Read various tender to find out suitable tender for Organization.
- Prepared check list before participate in tender.
- Client follow ups.
- Market scanning & gathering suitable database.
- Follow up with old clients for new business.
- Brand Promotion.
- Daily reporting to immediate manager & update on progress
- Payment Collection from the market
- Organize Influencers meet
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of understanding Sales & Marketing method.
- Good Presentation skill.
- Negotiation skill
- Customer service
- Good convincing skill
- Presentable
**Experience :Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture Sales **
Technical Competencies: Commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, product and market segment knowledge Job function : Business Development
**Educational Qualification**
(Minimal Required)
1) Higher Secondary / Graduate
**Duration & nature of past experience required**
(Minimal Required)
2-4 years experience in sales.
Preferably Agriculture Tools sales

**Salary Range**
12k-15k in hand/month + incentives+TA+DA+Other Benefits
