**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in **drafting and preparing sales proposals** and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information for proposals and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Handle any queries from clients and ensure timely responses.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**:

- **Minimum 6 months experience required.**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a team and independently when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a **sales support** or **customer interaction** role is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT services or B2B sales is an added advantage.
