We are looking for someone who relishes the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the globe and at all levels of the business, from our Executive Committee to our summer interns
**Responsibilities and Impact**:
Assist in organizing and coordinating onboarding and training programs, workshops, and learning events. Support the preparation of training materials and resources.
Provide data for audit requests
Supporting fulfilment of Client Due Diligence requests and maintaining a library of responses.
Explore the use of AI tools to enhance processes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field.
Strong interest in employee development, organizational behaviour, or corporate training
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a training or educational environment is a plus.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, including learning management systems.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, resources and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
