**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Delivery**:

- Deliver goods (e.g., groceries, natural shelf-life products, or packages) to customers' doorsteps within the specified time frame.
- Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and maintain quality standards

**Route Management**:

- Follow the assigned delivery route for optimal efficiency.
- Navigate using maps, GPS, or route optimization tools to ensure timely deliveries.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Interact courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Verify customer details (e.g., order ID, address) before handing over the goods.
- Address basic customer inquiries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when necessary.

**Product Handling & Safety**:

- Handle products carefully, especially fragile, perishable, or natural shelf-life items.
- Follow safety guidelines while transporting goods to prevent damage or spoilage.

**Order Management**:

- Report order status updates (delivered, delayed, or undelivered) promptly to the operations team.
- Collect payment if applicable (cash-on-delivery) and submit it at the end of the shift.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) is clean and in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues to the operations manager.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain delivery logs and records.
- Confirm delivery completion through mobile apps or order management systems.
