**Position: Billing & Quantity Survey (QS) Engineer**
**Industry**: Building Construction

**Experience**: 5 to 9 years in a similar role.

**Education**: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

**CTC**: Up to ₹8 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quantity Surveying**: Review project drawings and manage preparation of BOQs, BBS, and measurement sheets.
- **BBS & QS Management**: Supervise bar bending schedule (BBS) preparation and ensure accurate quantity certification from client representatives.
- **Billing & Certification**: Prepare and submit client and contractor bills; ensure timely certification from all concerned parties.
- **Cost Management**: Conduct detailed cost analysis, material reconciliation, and prepare monthly work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
- **Variation Handling**: Analyze and process variation orders with detailed rate analysis and impact assessment on project cost.
- **Purchase Requisition (PR)**: Create material and subcontractor PRs in SAP as per project requirements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance with labour and safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project teams for effective billing, reporting, and documentation.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Generate reconciliation sheets, monthly progress reports, and maintain up-to-date project records.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Office**, and preferably **SAP**.
- Strong knowledge of **construction billing**, **contract management**, and **project cost control**.
- Must have prior experience in **high-rise, residential, commercial, or institutional projects**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
