Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Professionals in **Bhopal**. This is a field sales role that requires meeting potential customers, promoting financial products, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through **field visits and local market sourcing**.
- Sell financial and third-party products as per customer needs.
- Conduct **marketing activities in and around Bhopal** to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Contact existing customers for cross-selling and relationship deepening.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Participate in training sessions and complete mandatory certifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from a recognized institute.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi/local language).
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Target-driven with a high sales orientation.
- Resilient, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bhopal.
- Must own a smartphone (Android/iOS) for work-related apps.

Pay: Up to ₹238,000.00 per year
