RSM’s Data and Digital Services (DDS) helps clients across various industries by addressing the increasingly complex strategic, operational, compliance, and governance challenges faced by those responsible for managing or overseeing dynamic businesses. Data and Digital Services offerings includes Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Integration and Migration Services; Point Solutions Finance Automation, Corporate Performance Management; Application and Development Integration; and e-commerce.

**Basic Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree and 2+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency with one or multiple solutions, including Microsoft SQL Server Database Engine, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
- Experience using T-SQL scripts (stored procedures, views, functions etc.) to manipulate data and simplify access to data
- Experience with data modelling (normalized and de-normalized data models), understanding of the appropriate purpose for each
- Experience with one or multiple reporting tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc., for data modelling and creating visualizations
- Understanding of data lineage, with the ability to track data from source through reporting for accelerated troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
- Project management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Experience dealing with solving complex business challenges
- Technical and business acumen and ability to speak about technology in the language of business
- Ability to work in the Hyderabad, India office at least twice a week

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience utilizing common source systems and front-end tools that produce data (i.e. NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Experience with or expertise in responding to requests for proposal documents (RFP)
- Experience presenting findings, solutions, and/or deliverables to clients, internally, and additional audiences
- Professional certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, SnowPro Core) and/or big data technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools
