**Salary**:700000 to 1000000 Per Annum

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- System Management: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, B1 HANA, etc.).
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary tuning to ensure optimal performance.
- Upgrades and Patches: Plan and implement system upgrades and patches.
- User Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
- Backup and Recovery: Ensure proper backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.
- Security: Implement and maintain SAP security best practices to protect system integrity and data confidentiality.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the SAP environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP system administration.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP Basis administration.
- Experience with SAP ECC, B1 HANA, BW, CRM, and other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA database administration.
- Familiarity with SAP security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager).
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows), and database management.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Certifications: SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position with occasional on-call responsibilities.
- May require working outside regular business hours for system maintenance and troubleshooting.

**Working Days -Time**

Mon-Sat 10am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
