Position: consultancy Recruiter

**Location**: Baner, Pune
**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with consultancy experience
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Prior consultancy experience is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
