**Job Title: Sample CustodianJob Summary**:
The sample custodian is responsible for the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of biological and chemical samples within a Contract Research Organization (CRO). This role ensures that all samples are handled according to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain their integrity and traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sample Receipt and Logging**:

- Receive incoming samples and verify their condition and documentation.
- Log samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS) accurately.
- **Sample Storage**:

- Store samples in appropriate conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled environments) to maintain their stability.
- Organize and label samples for easy retrieval and tracking.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all samples, including their location and status.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Sample Distribution**:

- Prepare and distribute samples to laboratory personnel as requested.
- Ensure proper documentation and chain of custody for all sample movements.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
- Maintain detailed records of sample handling, storage conditions, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor storage conditions and equipment to ensure they meet required standards.
- Report and address any issues related to sample integrity or storage conditions.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Follow all safety protocols to handle samples safely, including hazardous materials.
- Ensure the security of samples to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- **Experience**: Fresher can apply
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to sample handling and storage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
