**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in end-to-end testing of features on the mobile app and website.
- Help in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, reproduce, and report defects found during testing, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, taking ownership of quality and seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Engage actively in root cause analysis, defect reporting, and triaging, working to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of the software.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with project requirements.
- Participate in the planning and estimation of testing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with test case management and bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Postman, Charles, Jira, and Testrail is a plus.
- Good understanding of UI and API protocols, and how the World Wide Web functions, including sessions, cookies, and browsers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve issues.

- 3 months
