**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Participate in employer branding activities, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
- Prepare recruitment reports and help track hiring metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
