**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Actively promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate and up-to-date information about the products.
- Ensure merchandise is appropriately displayed and stocked, with attractive product presentation and proper labeling.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the store management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the retail or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
