**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Overseeing functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and building maintenance.
- supervising teams of staff
- Patient enough to handle Globtech (Outsourcing) staffs
- ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- dealing with emergencies as they arise
- overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- Willing to execute the work given irrespective of the position
- Assisting the clerical work, if required
- Maintain documents of Globtech staffs and duty arrangement also
- Supervising glob tech staffs..

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum Higher Secondary /Diploma

**Required Experience, Skills**

More than 3 years of experience in facility/Maintenance manager in any field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Calicut - 673019, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
