Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of chocolate products including bonbons, pralines, truffles, bars, and molded chocolates.
- Support tempering, molding, enrobing, and filling tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes and production guidelines while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle chocolate ingredients and equipment with care, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.
- Help with daily mise en place and cleaning schedules for the chocolate station.
- Stay updated with kitchen SOPs and assist in inventory checks for chocolate supplies.
- Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming as per kitchen standards.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a chocolate/pastry kitchen or confectionery production.
- Basic understanding of chocolate handling, tempering, and flavour pairing.
- Eagerness to learn advanced chocolate techniques and improve efficiency.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of HACCP and basic food safety norms is a plus.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Confectionery is preferred.

Work Environment:

- Temperature-controlled chocolate room or pastry kitchen.
- Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and multitasking.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
