**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience in Academic Counseling**: Experience providing academic advice and guidance to students, either in a school, college, or university setting.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Proven experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with online communities. Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and create compelling content.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Capable of addressing student concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Ability to understand and support students from diverse backgrounds with varying needs.
- **Project Management Skills** (Optional): Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Additional Considerations
- **Experience with Online Learning**: Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual event management is a plus.
- **Multilingual Skills** (Optional): Proficiency in multiple languages may be beneficial depending on the student demographic.
