Job Summary:

**Key Responsibilities**:
Counseling:

- Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Maintain student records and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- Conduct group sessions and presentations when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and educational opportunities.

Front Office Management:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Technology & Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in student counseling or academic advising.
- Experience in handling front office/reception roles will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
