Job Title: Admission Counselor
Working Location : Ghaziabad NH24

Position Summary:
The Admission Counselor plays a key role in attracting, evaluating, and enrolling students to st. Xavier’s high School. This individual is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, promoting the institution's academic programs, and fostering strong relationships with high school counselors, educators, and other community partners. The Admission Counselor must have a strong understanding of the school’s values, programs, and goals and be able to communicate these effectively to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively recruit prospective students through various channels, including high school visits, virtual events, and one-on-one meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and alumni to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Represent the school at local and national recruitment events and programs.
- Use targeted outreach strategies to ensure diversity in student enrollment.
- Conduct interviews (in-person or virtual) with prospective students and families to assess fit, interests, and readiness for college.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process, including answering questions, explaining program offerings, and clarifying admission requirements.
- Offer insight into campus life, academic programs, financial aid options, and student services.
- Help students explore academic, extracurricular, and career opportunities at the institution.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness among prospective students, including creating informative presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to enhance the school's presence in digital, print, and social media.
- Organize and participate in campus tours, open houses, admitted student days, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of orientation programs for incoming students.
- Contribute to the development of admission policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in school or college admissions or related fields preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both large and small groups.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of students, families, and educators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software or admissions databases.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
