Security Guard with Arm License

**ARM License**: Holder of valid Armed Security Guard license, authorized to carry and use firearms.
- **Security Operations**: Monitor premises and ensure the safety of employees, customers, and property.
- **Surveillance**: Ability to operate CCTV systems, conduct regular patrols, and maintain situational awareness.
- **Emergency Response**: Trained to respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and medical emergencies.
- **Access Control**: Enforcing access restrictions and conducting identity verification of individuals entering restricted areas.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Skilled in managing disputes and diffusing tense situations while maintaining composure.
- **Reporting**: Detailed incident reporting and log maintenance for security purposes.
- **First Aid**: Basic first aid knowledge for emergency medical situations.
- **Public Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work with a team of guards and communicate effectively with other departments.
- **Patrols & Monitoring**: Perform routine foot or vehicle patrols of premises to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, staff, and customers, ensuring a safe environment.
- **Knowledge of Laws**: Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security services and firearm usage.
