- **Storytelling**: Maintain a cohesive narrative flow and engaging pace throughout the video.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent eye for visuals, framing, and storytelling rhythm.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to each project.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and compression techniques.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
