**What You'll Do**
- Design intuitive user experiences for both web and mobile educational platforms
- Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes
- Design AI-powered features and intelligent educational interfaces
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design complex educational workflows, learning paths, and assessment interfaces
- Work closely with product managers to translate educational requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design productivity and explore innovative solutions

**What We're Looking For**

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in educational technology or SaaS products _(We are seeking experienced professionals with proven track record - fresh graduates are not being considered at this time)_
- Expert proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile app design
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with educational technology, e-learning platforms, or complex user workflows
- Familiarity with React-based design systems and component design
- Understanding of modern web technologies and serverless architecture design considerations
- Knowledge of modern design tools and prototyping platforms
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and intelligent user experiences
- Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and workflows to enhance productivity
- Experience with collaborative design workflows in agile environments
