**Position**:
**Language Consultant Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
**Training and Development**:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance English communication skills across the organization.Create and update training materials, guidelines, and best practices for effective English communication.Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training programs.
**Auditing Communication**:
**Quality Assurance**:
- Establish and maintain quality assurance metrics and standards for all forms of English communication.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement improvements based on audit findings.Regularly review and update quality assurance processes to align with industry best practices.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for enhancing English communication quality.
Track and report on the implementation and effectiveness of recommended changes
**Requirements**:
A-levels
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a language-focused role, preferably in a customer service or quality assurance capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language nuances.
- Experience with training and development programs is a plus.
- Facilitation skills
- Presentation skills
- Content development ( Text, video, images)
- Ability to learn and unlearn quickly
- Ability to manage difficult participants
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A positive and determined approach
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to deliver on competing demands and prioritize tasks
- Confident in dealing with various levels of seniority
- Capable of working independently as an owner.
- Exhibit professional standards of behavior at all times
- Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- As a language trainer or facilitator for at least 3 years in MNC corporates
