She will be the head of the Academic Team and he/she would be directly responsible to the Principal for training, education and discipline of students; and assist in achieving the objectives of the School.
- Planning, coordination and implementation of the academic programme.
- Preparation of students' and teachers' time table, allocation of classes, substitutions, dispersal duties and instructional/ancillary duties to teachers in consultation with the Principal.
- Taking departmental meetings for transparency and better quality of education to be given.
- Organization and conduct of School Assembly to improve general awareness of the students and to impart moral education.
- Providing for class room comforts and teaching aids to teachers to help them deliver the best.
- Ensuring proper coverage of syllabus by sub-dividing it into period-wise/month-wise planners.
- Supervision of work done by the teachers, to ensure effective instruction and progressive coverage of syllabus according to the laid down schedule.
- Regular checking of teachers' diaries and of students' note books to assess effectiveness of instruction imparted.
- Ensuring smooth conduct of examinations including the admission test.
- Ensuring timely compilation of results, organizing the Open Day, interacting with parents on the progress made by students.
- Proper maintenance of documents including academic dossiers of students.
- Recommending to the Principal cases of concern of students on grounds of poor academic performance/discipline.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
