Key Responsibilities:

- Product Research and Development:

- Conduct research on new food products and improve existing products.
- Develop formulations and processes for food products that meet quality, safety, and

regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market
- Nutritional Research:

- Analyze the nutritional content of food products.
- Conduct research on the health benefits of various ingredients and food products.
- Ensure products meet nutritional labeling requirements and health claim.
- Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the safety and consistency of

food products.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and other testing to assess product quality.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with food regulations and standards.
- Ensure all products comply with local, national, and international food regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of research and development activities.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in food product research and nutritional

research.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of food science principles and practices.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment used in food research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Additional Requirements:

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
