We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken **Tele calling Executive** to join our dynamic team. As the voice of our academy, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students and parents, explaining our UPSC/TNPSC programs, and guiding them toward enrolment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the value of education, and is confident in converting inquiries into admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call prospective leads generated through online forms, walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns
- Explain course details, batch timings, fees, and faculty expertise
- Follow-up consistently with interested students via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Schedule counselling calls or walk-in appointments with the admission team
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM / Excel daily
- Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries promptly
- Share promotional materials, brochures, and videos with leads
- Collect feedback from inquiries and provide regular reporting to the management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred: Arts, Commerce, BBA)
- 1-2 years experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (education preferred)
- Good communication in **Tamil and English** (fluency in both is important)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive tone on the phone
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
