Job description
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes writing compelling copy, creating catchy headlines, and crafting engaging captions.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for content creation and promotion.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, topics, and developments in the social media landscape. Identify relevant trends and leverage them to create timely and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content produced aligns with our brand voice, style, and guidelines. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content creation to ensure maximum visibility and reach. Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content that complements the written copy. Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to gather information and ensure accurate and effective content creation.
- 2 - 3+ years of social media experience in an agency is preferred

Skillset Required
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and an understanding of their specific content requirements and limitations.
- Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and data for content creation.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
