Admin Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Call existing clients for **license renewals** and follow up on payments.
- Maintain and update customer records and renewal schedules.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in **sales coordination**.
- Perform **basic office administration tasks**, including record-keeping and document management.
- Work with **Excel** to maintain reports and data tracking.
- If knowledgeable, handle basic entries in **Tally** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Assist in general office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Good communication skills** in English (both verbal and written).
- **Proficiency in computers** (MS Office, particularly **Excel**).
- Experience with **Tally** is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and follow up with clients efficiently.
- Prior experience in an **admin or sales support role** is preferred.
