**POSITION DETAILS**
- **Position Summary**_

Overall position requires the painting of valves coming off assembly line. Sandblasting. Cleaning and prepping surfaces. Paint product at a high-quality level Mixing paint per manufacturer's instructions. Work in a team environment meeting quality standards and working efficiency. Maintain paint usages and report issues and maintaining the work area using 6s methods. Overtime is required at times.
- **Principal Activities**_
- Prepare for painting by Cleaning parts / sandblast.
- Mixing paint per manufacture instructions
- Paint product according to shop instruction.
- Maintain work area equipment / supplies to ensure maintain 6s work environment.
- Comply with established time standard/safety practice.
- Figure out the issues come from painting and find solution.
- Report to the supervisor any issues that they cannot handle.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**_
- Knowledge of painting surfaces Preparing, cleaning, and repairing walls and other surfaces before painting
- Strong knowledge of selecting the correct tools and paints for projects
- Covering exposed objects and surfaces to protect them from paint
- Reading the spec sheet and special instructions (SOP) to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Experience in Painting Thickness and Humidity Measuring Techniques
- **Education & Experience**_
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Spray painting & Airless Painting for handling Heavy weight parts especially for valve industries

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
