As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers over the phone will directly impact the company's sales and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Update and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate new business.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving marketing strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Ability to effectively persuade and close sales over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Professional and courteous demeanor always.
