**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
