Location: Thane West, Maharashtra

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Chola Insurance customers.
- Provide accurate information and support to Bengali-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: HSC/12th Pass (mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Languages: Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of English and Hindi is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic work environment.
