We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** with experience in the FMCG sector to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Cucino’s presence across retail, horeca, and institutional channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads across multiple sales channels
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners
- Drive primary and secondary sales for Cucino products
- Conduct in-store promotions, sampling, and visual merchandising activities
- Track sales data and prepare reports for management review
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams for on-ground feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and sales CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A passion for clean, healthy food and the startup ecosystem is a plus

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,543.44 - ₹37,309.84 per month
