Assistant Professor in Pharmacy

**Position Overview**
The member is responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a college or university setting. They work closely with other faculty members, staff, and students to ensure that students receive a high-quality education and are prepared for careers in the pharmacy field.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning, developing, and delivering course content for pharmacy students
- Assessing student learning and providing feedback and support
- Advising and mentoring students in their academic and professional development
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field
- Conducting research and contributing to the scholarly literature in the field of pharmacy
- Participating in departmental and institutional committees and initiatives
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide inter-professional education and training
**Skills Required**:
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment
- Ability to conduct research and publish in scholarly journals
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
**Qualification**
- B Pharm / M Pharm degree is typically required for a Pharmacy Faculty member.
- Additional qualifications such as postdoctoral training, or relevant certifications or licenses in pharmacy are preferred.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
