CRM Administrator

**Location: Mumbai, India**

**About the Role**
- Manage technical and administrative aspects of Sales CRM- Zoho, alesforce used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in deal, lead, and opportunity management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure thorough and efficient use of CRM and support CRM Marketing initiatives when feasible.
- Analyze sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to sales management.
- Perform routine data quality clean-up and audits as needed within the database.
- Other duties as assigned to support Sales team effectiveness like scheduling, planning, logistics, may be required.

**Desired Qualifications, Skills & experience**
- 8+ years of work experience inside of CRM- Zoho/Salesforce and business analytics
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Zoho required. Experience integrating with other technologies (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, Zapier etc.) is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
