**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Customer Assistance**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products within the pharmacy.
- Answer customer inquiries about over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, health
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods following store policies.
- Provide customers with receipts and change when necessary.
- Restock shelves and displays with products to ensure they are well-organized and well-maintained.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from the shelves.
- Assist in creating appealing product displays to attract customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to management if necessary.
- Offer assistance to elderly or disabled customers as needed.

**Delivery Responsibilities**:

- Organize and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of each order.
- Verify the delivery address and contact information for each customer.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of medications and healthcare products during delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to medication transportation.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize delivery time and optimize fuel efficiency.
- Deliver medications and products to customers' homes promptly and within the specified timeframe.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Confirm customer identity and obtain signatures as required for medication deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and customer signatures.
- Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to management.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
