Job Description

**Role**: Event Management & Workshop Sales Intern

**Location**: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

**Duration**: 3-6 months — full-time

**Stipend**: ₹0 - ₹10,000 a month

**Reporting to**: Chief Operating Officer

**About the Opportunity**

Join our fast-growing Events & Learning team and gain hands-on experience planning high-impact

events and driving workshop enrolments. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, own real

projects from day one, and build a portfolio that showcases both creative flair and commercial

acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Event Management Workshop / Sales Enablement_
- Assist in end-to-end planning of conferences,

meet-ups, and webinars (venue research, vendor

coordination, budgeting, run-of-show).
- Generate and qualify leads for paid

outreach.
- Coordinate logistics: registrations, collateral, speaker

travel, on-site setup, attendee experience, post-event

surveys.
- Maintain CRM records, track

conversions, and prepare weekly sales

dashboards.
- Craft event briefs, timelines, and status reports for

internal stakeholders.
- Support the design of pitch decks, price

sheets, and outbound campaigns.
- Liaise with Marketing to create event pages, social
- Follow up on inquiries, schedule demo

calls, and nurture prospects to close.
- Analyse event ROI, compile feedback, and recommend

improvements.
- Collaborate with trainers to tailor

workshop offerings to client needs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree—preferred majors:
Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
- Skills:
o Exceptional verbal & written communication.

o Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

o Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

o Persuasive attitude and willingness to make outbound calls.

o Eye for detail, creativity, and a “make-it-happen” mindset.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience in college fests, student clubs, or sales competitions.
