**Roles and Responsibilities - Influencer Intern / Social Media Intern a.**

**1. Influencer Marketing & Collaboration**
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers for brand collaborations.
- Maintain relationships with existing influencers and onboard new ones.
- Assist in negotiating partnership terms and deliverables with influencers.
- Track influencer campaigns and measure engagement, reach, and ROI.

**2. Content Creation & Strategy**
- Assist in planning and executing engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories).
- Work closely with the design and content team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Schedule and publish posts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interactions.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.

**4. Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness**
- Support in executing social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in brainstorming creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing efforts.

**5. Trend & Competitor Analysis**
- Research and analyze competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative content ideas.

**6. Reporting & Optimization**
- Assist in compiling reports on influencer performance and social media growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving engagement and conversions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Influencer Marketing & Collaboration: 1 year (required)
- Content Creation & Strategy: 1 year (required)
- Social Media Management: 1 year (required)
- Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness: 1 year (required)
