T**he best-suited incumbent for this role will have/be able to**:

- Ideally, +15 years’ experience
- Registered professional
- Post-graduate degree in geology and/or geostatistics, M.Sc. or PhD is an advantage
- Experience working as a mine geologist, open pit and/or underground
- Experience with JORC (2012), SAMREC (2016), CIM, Crisco, PERC, SK-1300, etc.
- Data manipulation and database skills
- Geological modelling and wireframing
- Geostatistical/Mineral Resource modelling at specialist level
- Multi-commodity experience and sign-off as Competent/Qualified Person (CP/QP) for base and/or precious metals, REE, and lithium. CP/QP for coal would be an advantage.
- Understanding of quality assurance and quality control data
- Understanding of geochemical analytical methods
- Understanding of grade control
- Due diligence for mineral asset transactions
- Expert abilities in technical/scientific writing and presentations
- Understanding of Mineral Asset Valuations
- Understanding of Mining Engineering processes
- Understanding of Mineral Processing basics
- Consultancy/client-facing experience
- Have experience in the compilation of proposals
- Business development abilities

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Geological modelling and wireframing
- Geostatistical/Mineral Resource modelling at specialist level and according to industry best practices
- Grade control estimation
- Technical report writing according to JORC, SAMREC, CIM, SK-1300, etc.
- Compilation of Standard Operating Procedures/protocols
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews
- Conduct Mineral Resource technical reviews/audits

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
