We are innovating in speech AI, NLP/NLU, and information retrieval systems to bring customers and businesses closer to one another.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Classify and label English text and audio files as per the given instruction.
- Ensure the annotation quality is up to the mark.
- Provide feedback if data is noisy or instructions are unclear.
- Provide constructive feedback to our engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling, and to improve data quality.
- Maintain ownership of each annotation assignment, and respond to any changes in procedure and auditors.
- Collaborate with other annotation specialists and help out with questions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience required in Data Annotation related tasks and projects.
- Responsible, Self-motivated to work independently, even with mínimal supervision (training is provided).
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English language.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Good proficiency over MS Office Tools.
- Able to type at least 50 WPM.
- Willing to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary.
- Some experience of similar activities would be a bonus, e.g. Text or Audio Data segmentation and classification, Data Entry, etc.
