**Position**: Advanced Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 10+ years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-learning Content Development**:

- Design and develop advanced e-learning modules using Finacle screens and features.
- Create visually engaging and interactive simulations for Finacle processes and workflows.
- **Graphic Design Expertise**:

- Develop high-quality visuals, layouts, and design elements for e-learning projects.
- Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and design standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and technical teams to align content with learning objectives.
- Provide creative input to enhance the learning experience.
- **Tool and Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize graphic design and e-learning tools like Adobe Suite, Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Work within Finacle environments to integrate screen-based content effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on Finacle e-learning development.
- Proven expertise in creating e-learning simulations, animations, and interactive content.
- Strong familiarity with Finacle product screens and features.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and e-learning software (e.g., Captivate, Articulate).
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for software simulations.
- Experience in instructional design or working with instructional designers.

- CSS: 5 years (preferred)
