To Monitor the Day to Day Quality of Followings
- Quality of Silo Rms
- Quality of Green Bricks Wrt Specification
- Quality of Dried Bricks
- Final Checking of Green Bricks During Loading on Kiln Car
- Sampling From the Stacked and Sorted Lot as Per Lot Size
- Evaluation of Physical and Chemical Properties ( Through Lab)
- Issuing of Tc Before Dispatch in Co-Ordination With Lab ( Joint )
- In Case of Minor Deviation, Need to Talk to Mkt Deptt and Take Action
- To Monitor the Quality of Monolothics - Batchwise and Release the Same in Line With
- Specification Followed by Issuing of TC ( Joint ).
- To Certify the Rejected Lot for Salvaging.
- To Train the Qc Team From Time to Time Towards Upgradation.
- To Study Wo/po.
- To Document Day to Day Reports Results Etc With Date and Sig.
- Report to TD. To Train the Production Team on Quality Standards
- To Comply With the Iso Std and Norms.

Education
- Science Graduate / Diploma in Ceramics
Experience -Min. 5/10 Yrs in a Refractory/Cement Plant as a Qc Head
