**Job Description:

- **
- **3D Model Creation and Management**: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of construction projects using BIM software to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
- **Coordination with Project Teams**: Collaborate with engineers to integrate design changes and resolve any conflicts within the BIM models.
- **Drawing Production**: Generate detailed construction drawings and documentation directly from the BIM models to support project planning and execution.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits and checks of the BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, Revit

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with exposure to residential, structural audits, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:
