**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Expertise**: Proficient in working with Tally software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of accounting concepts to effectively manage financial transactions.
- **Invoicing**: Issuing accurate invoices and timely sending them to parties.
- **Petty Cash Management**: Handling and maintaining petty cash for day-to-day expenses.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handling customer queries and resolving billing issues promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolving cross-functional issues.
- **Language Proficiency**: Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
- **Responsibility Assumption**: Willingness to assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
- **Payment Processing**: Receiving and sorting incoming payments to ensure credibility and accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Making calls to customers for information and sending reports to the sales department.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights for decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Tally and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Note**:
Pay: ₹9,930.05 - ₹18,000.00 per month
