**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure student discipline
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the hostel premises
- Handle student grievances and provide support when needed
- Coordinate with college management for student welfare and hostel facilities
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Prior experience in hostel management (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Should be proactive, approachable, and responsible
