**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Identify potential markets, customer demographics, and competitors.
- Analyze industry trends and provide actionable insights for campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop promotional materials to support product or service launches.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and suggest improvements.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as ROI and customer engagement.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.
- **Sales Support**:

- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in follow-ups with clients and gathering customer feedback.
- **Analytics**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track KPIs.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Help organize trade shows, webinars, or promotional events.
- Support logístical planning and follow-up communications for events.

**Learning Objectives**:

- Develop communication and negotiation skills.
- Gain exposure to digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, and CRM software.
- Understand the sales funnel and customer journey.
- Build data analysis and reporting expertise.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
