Position: Customer Service Executive (Voice)

Experience: Freshers (HSC/Graduate)

Industry: BPO/Call Center

Location: Malad, sakinaka, powai, airoli, thane

Shift: US - 5:30 to 9:30 am

UK - 10 am to 3:30 am

AUS - 3 am to 3 pm

Any 9 hour shifts

**Salary**: 18 k to 34 k ( depend on the interviews and last salary )

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

**2. Communication**:
Maintain a positive and friendly tone during interactions.

Ensure clarity and understanding in all communications.

**3. Problem Solving**:
Identify customer needs and resolve them efficiently.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

**4. Documentation**:
Accurately log customer information and interaction details in the system.

Update customer accounts as required.

**5. Adherence to Policies**:
Follow company guidelines, protocols, and compliance standards.

Meet performance targets, including call quality and resolution time.
Key Skills Required:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills

3. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently.

5. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts & Night shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (any stream).

2. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service is a plus.

3. Must have a customer-centric approach and willingness to learn.
