Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the packaging team to ensure efficient and effective operations that meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and implement packaging processes and procedures that optimize performance and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze packaging operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on packaging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to suggest and implement enhancements to packaging operations.

Required:

- 2 years of experience in packaging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

- 10+2/Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the packaging industry.
