As a Picker and Packer in our fast-paced quick commerce dark store, will play a crical role in ensuring orders are accurately selected, packed, and ready for rapid dispatch. You'll be working in a high-speed environment to meet ght delivery windows, helping us maintain the promise of ultra-fast delivery to customers. Responsibilies:
- Quality Control - Inspect Items for damage or defects before picking or packing - Ensure that all items are packed correctly and securely - Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors -Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed - Assist with restocking shelves and bins. - Parcipate in inventory counts and cycle counts. -Order Fulfillment - Review orders and follow digital or printed picking lists to determine items and quanes to pick for each order. - Accurately and completely pick items from their respecve locaons in the warehouse. - Carefully pack orders into appropriate containers, adding protecve materials to prevent damage during shipping. - Assist with loading and unloading shipments from trucks and shipping containers. -Addional Responsibilies - Keep the work area clean and organized. - Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures - Help with other warehouse dues as required. Pay: ₹17,000.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
