Nursing Principal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the nursing college.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and evaluation.
- Supervise faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from nursing councils and educational authorities.
- Develop policies and procedures to uphold the standards of nursing education.
- Represent the institution in professional forums and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvements to ensure academic success.

**Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. Nursing with at least 15 years of teaching experience, including 5 years in a senior administrative role.
- Ph.D. in Nursing (preferred).
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
